Quote-led process
Fengyuan confirms the product, quantity, sample type, packaging, destination and requested delivery timing before payment. Stock evaluation samples, prototypes and pre-production samples may have different costs and approval criteria.
Payment
Approved payment instructions are provided on the quotation or pro forma invoice. Sample payments may be arranged through an approved invoice channel. Bulk-order payment terms are confirmed separately. Do not send payment to account details received from an unverified address.
Shipping, duties and taxes
The quotation identifies the agreed Incoterm, freight assumptions and included services. Import duties, taxes, customs brokerage and destination charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless the quotation expressly states otherwise.
Timing
Production timing begins after the required specification, artwork, payment and sample approvals are complete. Freight and customs timelines are estimates unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Changes and cancellation
Eligibility for cancellation, refund or sample credit depends on the project stage and the terms stated before payment. Custom tooling, artwork, prototypes and made-to-order products may involve committed costs. Ask the export team to clarify these terms before approval.
