Documentation must match the product
Quality and compliance documents are useful only when the legal entity, issuing organization, validity period and covered product scope can be verified. Fengyuan does not present a company-level certificate as proof that every SKU meets every market requirement.
Source and status
ISO 9001, FSC and CE are referenced in Fengyuan company materials and supplier profiles. Full-resolution current files, certificate numbers, validity dates and applicable scope must be confirmed before a buyer relies on them. A low-resolution 2019 catalog image is retained internally as a legacy reference and is not presented as current evidence.
Evidence categories
- Quality-management documents: current ISO 9001 records and certificate scope
- Material sourcing: current FSC documentation and applicable chain-of-custody scope
- Product-specific records: declarations or test reports tied to the applicable product
- Destination-market planning: testing, labeling and packaging requirements agreed by SKU, age grade and market
Requesting documents
Include the Fengyuan SKU or 1688 product ID, intended age grade and destination country in the RFQ. The export team can then confirm which documents are available and which additional testing may be required.
