Specification-based review
Product acceptance and warranty obligations are based on the approved specification, sample, inspection standard and sales agreement for the order. This page explains the normal claim process but does not replace those documents.
Inspect deliveries
Buyers should inspect cartons and products promptly after delivery. Preserve packaging and shipment records when there is visible transit damage.
Submit a claim
Email sales@fengyuantiyu.com with the order or invoice number, SKU, affected quantity, batch or carton details, clear photos or video and a description of the issue. Submit within the claim period stated in the quotation or sales agreement.
Review and resolution
Fengyuan will compare the evidence with the approved specification and may request samples or additional records. Any repair, replacement, credit or other remedy is determined under the applicable quotation or sales agreement. Transit loss and damage may also require a carrier claim.
